Role Description The Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. The role involves assessing guests’ physical conditions, designing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and postural issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, guiding therapeutic exercises, using manual therapy and relevant modalities, and educating guests on injury prevention and functional movement. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with doctors, fitness trainers, and wellness experts to align physiotherapy plans with overall wellness programs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in guest follow-ups and progress reviews.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), with valid licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Demonstrated skills in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Experience with rehabilitation for sports injuries, postural correction, and functional training tailored to individual fitness levels.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary wellness team and integrate physiotherapy plans into broader health and wellness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate guests in a supportive, professional manner.
- Comfort working in a luxury wellness or clinical setting, maintaining high standards of ethics, safety, and guest confidentiality.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mulshi, with flexibility in schedule to meet guest program needs; prior experience in wellness resorts or rehabilitation centers is an advantage.
